Differential Diagnosis

There is this nagging, constant dull pain on my lower-left abdomen.
It started last Sunday. It would call attention to itself everytime I stand up or walk or move. I don't notice the pain when I am still.

I Googled it and was expecting to find an illness called: lazyass-itist.
(No such thing.)

Possible cause for the pain?
Kidney stones, muscle cramp, or I'm pregnant.

I'll get an ultrasound tomorrow.
(I hope it's a boy.)

Please make sure you get that checked ASAP. My friend had that and it was kidney stones, luckily, it's still treatable... don't put it off... take care.
