It’s 2:44am

Back at the office.

Just letting my buzz subside.

Came from Sanctum.

Finally was able to go to Sanctum. I’ve always wanted to go, especially during their Spoken Word every Fridays, but every time I’d want to go, we’d have some work that needs finishing.

So, thank God that McCann had a Spoken Word / Thot 4 Food there. Glad that I was able to go and read my works that didn’t have to be cleared with client.

Came from client. A 3-hour meeting! And at the end of that long meeting, we weren’t really sure what the client wanted. He just kept saying, “Leadership. Leadership. We have to show that we’re the leader.”

Jason was hoping we’d step out of that meeting either really happy (that client accepted our work) or really pissed (because client rejected out work), which would give us good enough reason to go to Sanctum and get drunk.

Well, we stepped out of that meeting feeling… nothing. We weren’t really sure how to feel.

But we still went to Sanctum and thank God it was open bar and got a good enough buzz.

My one bottle of San Mig Light was enough to give me the courage to go up to the mic and say my stuff.

Afterwards, Jason gave me this red drink, which tasted good, which gave me that buzz, afterwhich I had another one of those red drinks.

Back at the bar, Jason gives me this blue drink.

I liked the red one better.

We must go back to Sanctum.

Maybe this Friday and watch Faye’s band.

Hmmm… Sanctum… must go back to Sanctum…
