On a related note, Leigh blogged: The Manila Bulletin, which has billed itself "The Nation's Leading Newspaper" since I could pull off bangs with aplomb, has a television commercial. Its tagline? "Freedom used as it should." WHAT?No wonder this country is going to hell in a handbag. Our "leading" English newspaper doesn't even have a grammatically correct tagline.
