Now, I can tell the strange and secret origin of this story.
Around three years ago, Kajo sent me these pages and said he needed help in writing the script for it. I said, "Okay, so what's the story? Who are these characters?" He said, "Oh, I leave that up to you. I want this story to be 50% mine and 50% yours."
At that point I had wished he had at least given 80%. Maybe even 75%.
So, I got the pages and stared at them... for over a year.
I eventually sat down and wrote down the words that seemed to fit what was happening.
I even thought of removing some pages because I didn't know what I'd do with them.
I gave up and came back to work on the pages after several months.
Finally, it's done and ready to be read.
It was an interesting exercise for me. This really helped me get started on writing stories again.
Hope it makes sense to you.
Enjoy!
