IT BEGINS!!!

"DIGITAL Telecommunications Philippines Inc. plans to launch its mobile phone service by April, wireless business head Charles Lim said Thursday. Lim said the new service, to be called Sun Cellular, aims to have one million customers in the first two years of operation."
