A couple of weeks ago, I emailed a whole bunch of people about viability of publishing a komix magazine.

Well, it seems like Summit Publishing is doing exactly that. Summit is the publisher of Candy, Preview, Seventeen, and FHM. Their newly acquired property is a comics magazine called W.I.T.C.H., published by Disney in Italy.

The artwork is very manga, which will go big with the otakus here.

Storywise it's like Buffy meets Charmed.
