Seems like we've been doing the same thing over and over again. Bad batting average this week. Two got shot down today. Two new projects waiting in the wings. Revise. Re-present. Bad trip. Tired. At least I get to home early and maybe watch AMAZING RACE, if I don't fall asleep.

Welcome to Monday! Feels like the Monday before this. For the past four weeks—or is it three weeks?—I’ve been working on the same project. Just when we think we’ve got it, something changes and we start all over again. So, here we go again. This should be it. This has got to be it. Last round. Here we go. I really don’t want to look at how many hours we’ve logged on for this project. The weekend was just too short a break. I really need to take a longer break. (And most probably, when I do take that break, that’s when I work on the other comic book projects so it’s not really a break—but I’m not really complaining—well, at least, not yet.) Not exactly the right song to listen to while trying to write a serious story. hahahahha! But it served as a good enough distraction. Now back to work.

As things go, when we usually make a study for a print ad, we sometimes grab the nearest creative not doing anything in the office and take a pic of them with the digicam... cut-cut... paste-paste... and there you go... instant print ad. (Well, it goes something like that.) So, we showed the ad to client using Taps as the stand-in talent and they loved it and said we should use him for the real ad. So, he got to stand really, really close to an FHM Babe (which doesn't really matter bacause Taps has got his own babe these days... yiheeeee!)

. they who make great things possible TEAM GLOBE circa 2003 I am now the "eldest" in the team. This is my fifth year in the Globe Team. Most of Team2003 are still with us. Some have moved to other creative teams. Others have completely left the agency and are now doing the thing that they've always wanted to do. It is 2:49am and we're still working on several materials that need to be presented later. Today I realized even after my five years here, there is still much to learn. Thank God it's Friday. We have the weekend to look forward to. And then we start all over again. Making great things possible.
